Stretch pants

Problem

This one is from when I was an importer. It is also the reason I started GD TRADE.

I ordered stretch pants. There were many sizes and colors, so even at the smallest order I could make, it came to that many.

How I found out

A footprint, from a foot stepping on the pants.

If someone had opened the boxes once in China and checked, they would have seen it right away. And it was the same inspection company again. They did not inspect.

What we did

This one could be fixed, because the marks could be shaken off. So I only billed that company for the labor cost, and I closed it there.

Result

But I was so angry. They failed even at something this simple. So I went to China, lived there, did the QC myself, and sent the goods out myself. That is how I started GD TRADE.

So now

Now we open the boxes and check every piece in our Yiwu warehouse before anything ships.
