If it's different from your approved sample, we remake it.

Counted at our 100% inspection in the Yiwu warehouse before shipping: pieces that don't match your approved sample ÷ total pieces, per order. Defects found in that inspection are remade at our cost and ship with your order.

How your order works, step by step

A worker checking stacks of navy T-shirts next to fabric swatches and a packing box
  1. You approve the sample.
  2. You pay a 30% deposit.
  3. We make a final sample of every SKU, and you approve it.
  4. Bulk production takes about 1 month.
  5. We check every piece at our Yiwu warehouse.
  6. You pay the balance.

I started OEM because every import came back different from the sample.

I imported from China for 10 years. It never matched the sample. Small orders came fine. Big orders came with different fabric, a different design, and a huge number of defects. I've had a great sample end with over 70% defects in bulk. That's why I started doing OEM myself.

I fight on your side, not the factory's.

So price and quality go where you want, not where the factory says. What matters most in a factory is how it consults you, deals with you, and manages your order.

Questions buyers ask first

How much does it cost to have clothing made in China, delivered to the US?

It depends on the fabric, the construction and your quantity, so we price each style rather than publish a list. Send a product link or photos and we reply with two prices per piece: FOB China and DDP to your door with freight and import duty included.

What is the difference between FOB and DDP, and which should a small brand choose?

FOB means you pay for the goods and your own forwarder takes over at the Chinese port. DDP is one price per piece that includes freight, import duty and port fees, and the cartons arrive at your address. A brand without its own forwarder usually finds DDP simplest.

What is the minimum order for custom clothing?

It depends on the fabric, colors and sizes. Factories run best when they cut your own fabric in volume, so send us the style and a rough quantity and we will tell you the minimum for that product before you pay for anything.

Can I get a price if I only have a product link or a photo?

Yes. Send the link or photos and, if you know it, how thick the fabric is. We check it internally and reply with FOB and DDP prices per piece. It costs nothing.

Do I need a tech pack to start?

No. Photos, a sketch or a sample you want matched are enough to start. We help you turn them into a spec the factory can work to. You can also build one yourself with our free Tech Pack Builder, built on 20,000+ garment patterns.

How long do sampling and bulk production take?

Sample: 10 days to make; shipping time is separate. Bulk production takes about one month after you approve the final size-and-color set. Sea freight to your country comes on top.

How do you check quality, and what happens if pieces fail?

We check incoming fabric, check the line during production, do a final check at the factory, and check and count every piece in our Yiwu warehouse before dispatch. A lot that fails does not ship: it is re-made and checked again first. Inspection is included in the unit price.

Does the guarantee cover defects found after shipping?

No. The guarantee covers defects found in our 100% inspection before shipping, and we remake those at our cost.

How do payments work, and when do my goods leave China?

You pay for the sample first. After you approve it, you pay a 30% deposit and we make the full size-and-color set, then bulk. You pay the balance after we have checked every piece and confirmed the final count; goods leave China only after full payment.

Are you a factory or a sourcing agent, and how do you charge?

We are a production agent in Yiwu. We work with partner factories chosen for each product and manage fabric, samples, production, inspection and shipping. You get one all-in unit price: goods, our management, inspection, and with DDP the freight and import duty. No commission, no retainer, no separate QC bill.

Have you made clothing for US brands, and how do I check a manufacturer before paying?

Yes — merchandise for a well-known K-pop act, and we are currently producing socks and pajamas for US brands. Client names stay private; most of our current volume is for Korean brands. Before paying anyone, ask for the business license and a sample first. Our license is on our About page, and you pay a deposit only after you approve the sample.
